Khrabrovo Airport in Kaliningrad is the border crossing point for passengers arriving in the Russian Federation. Therefore, if the final destination is another city in the Russian Federation, often your arrival time at your destination is a day before your arrival, due to time differences.
All passengers arriving at Khrabrovo (Kaliningrad) Airport must go through the border and customs control points.
Passengers with connecting flights are to proceed to the transfer desk, where airport staff will be on hand to assist with their flight documentation. Your stowed luggage will be transferred automatically to the connecting plane for your onward journey.
Please note that you will need to complete a customs declaration form before proceeding to Customs Control. Please indicate on the form any luggage contents, which need to be declared.
