Flight ticket booking and sale to all destinations KD Avia would like to make passengers aware, that it is not possible to cancel an e-ticket booked in advance.

A full refund for tickets already issued is possible without penalties or reductions only in the event of a passenger's visa application being refused. The rules of ticket refund apply in the following circumstances:
1. The passenger contacts in writing the airline or agency, which had issued the ticket, requesting a refund in writing, based on visa refusal from the consular office, no later than 5 days before the departure date shown on the flight ticket. 2. The passenger presents the original document as proof of visa refusal, issued by the given consular office. 3. If the visa refusal was issued by a consular office in a country, different from the country of the passenger's destination on their ticket, the passenger is obliged to submit a copy of this ticket with the details of their connecting flight for the planned day of travel. 4. A passenger is entitled to a refund from the agent working on behalf of the airline, having presented all abovementioned documents proving a visa refusal. 5. In exceptional cases, a refund can be made at the airline sales ticket office or at other representative offices under the airline's direction.

What do symbols in the air ticket stand for?

- Stopover (X/O). In case of a stopover of 24 hours or longer at the airport, the relevant field will be empty or filled with the O symbol. If the relevant airport is a transit airport, the field will carry the X symbol.
- Passenger's Last Name. In air tickets for domestic flights the last name of the passenger will be written in Russian characters and in tickets for international flights - in Latin characters. When you buy an air ticket, check whether your last name in the air ticket is spelt in the same way as in your international passport. Since last names in international passports are spelt according to the rules of the French language and in air tickets according to the rules of the English language, discrepancies in the spelling of your last name can arise. Air tickets can be modified only by the carrier and its authorized agents.
- ISSUED IN EXCHANGE FOR. This field will carry the number of the initially purchased air ticket in case you buy a new air ticket e.g. because of changes in your route.
- Flight Route. This field will indicate departure and destination points. If the departure or destination point has more than one airport, international three-letter code of the relevant airport will be indicated next to such departure or destination point.
- Carrier. This field will carry the code of the carrier in the world commercial aviation system. For example, KD will stand for KD avia.
- Flight Number.
- Class. The letters П and F stand for First Class, the letters Б, C, D, A, J, Z, I for Business Class and the letters Э, Y and other letters for Economy Class.
- Departure Date. This field will be filled with the day and month of the departure. Additional information necessary for replacement of lost air tickets.
- Departure Time. Local time (at the departure airport) will be indicated.
- Status. OK will mean that an air ticket for the flight is booked. RQ will mean that the air ticket has been requested and will be booked after the check-in is closed in case any vacant seats are available. NS will be applied in relation to air tickets for children under 2 years having no separate seat.
- Tariff Type. ААА for regular passengers, МЛА for young people in the age of 12 to 25 years, ЦПА (ЦПЖ, ЦПМ) for pensioners, СМА for officials, РБГ for children in the age of 2 to 12 years traveling in a separate seat, РМГ for children below 2 years traveling without a separate seat, РВГ for children below 2 years traveling in a separate seat provided for upon their parents' request (50% of the basic tariff).
- The field ‘not valid till' will be filled in if the air ticket is sold at a tariff valid starting a specific date.
- The field ‘not valid after' will be filled in if the air ticket is sold at a special tariff and has a maximum validity term.
- Free Baggage Allowances. Free Baggage Allowances are as follows: 30 kg for Business Class and 20 kg for Economy Class. The weight of hand baggage will not exceed 5 kg.
- Date and place of air ticket issue. These data will be contained in the upper right corner of the air ticket. They will include individual number of the appropriate agency office, reference number of the agent that issued the air ticket containing letters and figures and brief address of the agent. You can receive a duplicate of the lost air ticket or return the air ticket at the office you bought it.
- Tariff Calculation. Here the cost of the flight will be calculated if the flight has several legs. That field will then contain codes of cities, carriers and tariff components.
- Tariff. In the bottom left corner of the air ticket the cost of the flight (tariff) will be indicated. It will be followed by charges for services rendered by the airport. The field Total will indicated the amount actually paid by the passenger.
- Additional air tickets. If the number of flights on the route exceeds the number of flight coupons, the air ticket will be issued on several forms. Each of such forms will carry the number of the additional air ticket. All forms will be an integral part of the air ticket and should be kept till the arrival at the destination.
